Welcome to Egan Print’s SMS Program! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our text messaging program ("SMS Program"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description
   Egan Print provides affordable NEC-compliant solar labels in Arizona with quick turnaround. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages about free samples, pricing information, order updates, or promotional offers (if applicable). Message frequency may vary.

2. Opt-In
   To join, reply "YES" to our opt-in message or provide consent via our website or forms. Your opt-in confirms you agree to these Terms and to receive messages from Egan Print.

3. Opt-Out
   You may revoke consent and opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may rejoin by opting in again.

4. Message and Data Rates
   Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Check your plan for details.

5. Eligibility
   You must be 18 or older and the authorized user of the phone number to participate. You confirm the number you provide belongs to you.

6. Privacy
   Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy (see below). We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the new Terms.
